If you ever wondered why visible light is those particular wavelengths, it's because life evolved to see in the narrow range where water is transparent

Breeding animals to be confined, exploited and killed for your benefit is slavery. They don’t need better cages. They don’t need “humane” slaughter. We need to stop using them. Free your slaves. Go vegan. #Vegan #AnimalRights

The creationists did not produce evidence of this claim. Scientists know mutations can be beneficial because they observed it in labs. Who's right ? (Easy question)

Then, how do you know that in this exact situation, zebras would act like that ? Are you a zebra expert of some kind ? If not, you're just out of ideas to defend your personal beliefs and throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks.
010
mizzati.bsky.social @mizzati.bsky.social · 03/08/2026
What is even your point now ? You really argued that since zebras would obviously seek more grass rather than eat tree leaves, then incremental changes leading to a taller neck can't happen ? Well, it's your example, not mine, so feel free to attack it as harshly as you want.

The longer an individual gets to live, the higher the chance they get to reproduce and pass their good genes to the next generation. So if they get killed after getting to pass their genes, it won't matter as much for the future of the species.
010
mizzati.bsky.social @mizzati.bsky.social · 02/08/2026
Yo do get that "natural selection" is a concept, not a person, right ? Those who decide which zebras will live are the predators. They will have a harder time getting the fast ones, so the fast one are more likely to live.
110
mizzati.bsky.social @mizzati.bsky.social · 02/08/2026
Nope ! Predators won't get the fastest zebras as often as the other ones. And each individual gets a different set of defences against illnesses. Nature selection may seem random, but an inclination towards betterment is always the result.

What is it that really makes us human in your opinion ?
110
mizzati.bsky.social @mizzati.bsky.social · 02/08/2026
You just demonstrated that you misunderstood all your books. Picture a population of zebras. During the year some of them are killed by predators, some others by illness. Nature just selected the zebras that are still alive and kicking. They reproduce, then it goes again for another year.

mizzati.bsky.social @mizzati.bsky.social · 02/08/2026
No, humans aren't a long way from chimpanzees. We share 98 to 99% of our DNA with them. That's the species that is the more closely related to us. Evolution is not a "chance process", and if you actually listened when I explained how evolution happens, you would know how complex species emerge.

mizzati.bsky.social @mizzati.bsky.social · 01/08/2026
Tell us, what are the impossibilities of natural selection, beneficial mutations and transitional fossils ? I find kinda funny you think you found an theoretical issue that every scientist didn't see. But please, go on, explain to us what's impossible here.
210
mizzati.bsky.social @mizzati.bsky.social · 01/08/2026
Many christians accept evolution. They just assume their god made the evolutionary process possible by providing all that was necessary to happen naturaly. You don't have to discard god to accept what we know for a scientific fact. But you'll have to discard your 6000 years old Earth though.
110
mizzati.bsky.social @mizzati.bsky.social · 01/08/2026
Not at all as plausible as evolution, since we know Adam and Eve never existed, and that no evidence can be found for a god's existence. And even if we assume all of the above is real, that's not even in your book, so it's only guessing.
000
mizzati.bsky.social @mizzati.bsky.social · 01/08/2026
Not my opinion. You misunderstood much, if not all that you read on evolution. I explained to you how evolution happens, what is a common ancestor, and that the Darwinian theory is now outdated.

The "canopy" over the Earth ? What's that ? I don't even know that word (not a native english speaker). Why do you think that is not taught in schools ? We already know the reason for tectonic plates movement. Did you learn anything at school ?
100
mizzati.bsky.social @mizzati.bsky.social · 31/07/2026
Because we do share a common ancestor with mice, and with cats, and with flies, but they're not the same.
110
mizzati.bsky.social @mizzati.bsky.social · 31/07/2026
Not that i can remember. I learned about it in school, and watched some educational videos. It doesn't take much to educate yourself on that subject.

Surely because you don't understand them. No, I can't recommend a book on the topic of evolution, but honesty, take one at random, like "Evolution: what everyone needs to know" for instance.
100
mizzati.bsky.social @mizzati.bsky.social · 30/07/2026
No, the common ancestor to homo sapiens and chimpanzees is not the same as the common ancestor to us and birds, or to us and mice, etc...

mizzati.bsky.social @mizzati.bsky.social · 30/07/2026
Goddamit. You claimed Earth's water was enough to flood all land. But all water we know of now isn't because we aren't underwater, genius !
210
mizzati.bsky.social @mizzati.bsky.social · 30/07/2026
why are we observing fossils that show every trace of evolutionary change ?
000
mizzati.bsky.social @mizzati.bsky.social · 30/07/2026
So you think that because most of evolution's history is in the past, we can't know what happened because we weren't there to make expérimentés at that time ? Another nonsensical point : we know evolution happens today. What would have stopped it to happen in the past ? And if it was indeed stopped
100
mizzati.bsky.social @mizzati.bsky.social · 30/07/2026
Non sense. Evolutionists tend to believe murder is not okay, so their science shows it isn't. Evolutionists tend to believe we can't breathe underwater, so their science proves it. See how ridiculous your statement is ?
