Happy to share my first publication in @govandopp.bsky.social, one of my reference journals in the field. Publishing there for the first time has a special flavour!

Professional news: From January, I’ll be starting a postdoc at CEVIPOL, @ulbruxelles.bsky.social, in the NotLikeUS project, working primarily with @emilievh.bsky.social on perceptions of differentness and affective polarization.

With the official prognosis giving one additional seat to PVV and one to FvD compared to the ext poll, the narrative should really not be that the Netherlands/Jetten has beaten the radical right. The far right bloc remains remarkably stable.

Happy to see that our article, “Bringing Rokkan into the twenty-first century: the cleavage structure of Western Europe”, coauthored with @vincenzoemanuele.bsky.social, has made it into the top 5 most read in @jeppjournal.bsky.social over the past year! Proof that cleavage theory is alive and well.
