I got to see it - Lila as a tiger. I love this ink painting so much. (The Korea exhibition at the British Museum was excellent).

I was distracted by all his attempts to downplay Hitler's atrocities etc but I've just had a thought... is Tucker a real name? Or is it one of those things where posh Americans are called like, Chip or Bitsy?? Are there many Tuckers?

normally the actual challenges are the least interesting part of an episode of the traitors for me but ross kemp and james blunt are making the ones this series really fun to watch

Saw the trailer for Godzilla Minus 0 before Hope the other day and I'm really looking forward to it but I still think Whatshername turning up alive at the end of the last film ruined the ending

I'm going to be so sad when I finish the second Yatagarasu Series side story collection (I've been savouring it - just two stories to go) because it means I have no more Yatagarasu books until the final novel is published. I still have the manga adaptation but it's not the same!

I like how the second Yatagarasu Series side-story collection alternates between "detailed backstory of major character that Miriam probably should have read before reading book 8" and "here is a story about a guy who makes lantern bulbs- he will never appear in subsequent books"

Sent from Pip's owner while I was at the cinema. Lila broke into their house. Mum also told me she's been picking fights with foxes again. Ungovernable.

It is a bright and beautiful Saturday morning and so of course I am going to a 10:30am showing of the 2.5 hour Korean sci-fi monster movie by the director who gave us The Wailing (and I am EXCITED).

I understand that this may be a somewhat niche reference but I've had the Jimmy McNulty song from that The Wire: The Musical parody video stuck in my head for the last 24 hours.

tentative halloween costume plans being made for the evolution of horror prom event (the sash and the australian flag aren't "canon" but because the dress I own already and want to wear isn't a style/shade match to the source, it might help?)

Buying 1000 bags of Halloween sweets from M and S so that if/when this team meeting after lunch makes me cry, at least I'll have some jelly worms and vampire lollipops to console me.
