I'm with you. Coffee is my favorite flavor. Hot coffee with cream no sugar but iced coffee should have a little sugar. I love to chew on chocolate coffee beans. I don't even get me started on tiramisu....

Nearly a year ago we rescued Tatertot aka Taters. Her elderly owner had passed and family brought their 15 year old cat to the shelter. Taters is now 16 years old, deaf, has very few teeth but this girl purrs so loudly that at times I need to shut my office door.

To this day I can't think of Stonington peninsula without smiling. Mountain dew is probably not something to be put into your body but it is handy with forest fires.

I may take a ride this weekend to enjoy. Fun memory. July 1988 & Rapid River was having a forest fire. My high school boyfriend and I drove to Stonington Peninsula. The drive placed us near remains of fire. A lone tree had a small fire. He pulled over to douse it with his can of mountain dew.

Most definitely have worked on ankle and foot strength because of my tendency to have foot drop. I also get spasticity in my feet so you will often see me rotating my ankles and stretching my toes.
