I've had to unfriend a few fans lately, all for the same reason. They made ridiculing, unkind, and in some cases outright cruel comments about pictures I posted of young women cosplaying Jessica.
More than a person, Jessica is a state of mind. To play Jessica, you need self -confidence, a sense of humor, and a Jessican -attitude-. There is no such thing as a Jessica cosplayer being too short, too flat chested, too heavy, too thin, too unattractive, too black, too Asian, or even too male!!! All Jessica, any Jessica, every Jessica is good Jessica.
I'm not giving any warnings or second chances. A single disparaging comment on a Jessica cosplayer, and I'm throwing you out of the rainbow colored Toontown Tent.

Concept my husband up with: Cooking show called the Chef of Theseus. Contestants are challenged to make a dish and make it as close to the presentation and flavor of the original recipe while replacing as many ingredients as possible. If this already exists please tell me.

What did people do before SNAP?” They died. Healthcare, vaccines, disability support, education & food assistance are vital to our survival. They’re why the average lifespan isn’t 35 anymore The mark of a good & decent society is whether it sees the value in helping others.

@acecrown.bsky.social I made a doodle from a certain chapter of my 3rd favorite fic you've written (holy heck I didn't realize you wrote so many of my favorites, and I still love this one a lot!!!) from the horse's POV

"You can't strike, you're too important" from a judge or government should instantly make you side with the people striking. They're *that* important but they get treated like shit? Nah. Naaaah. Let the government force better conditions.

Weird how the government so often uses its power to force striking employees back to work and so rarely uses it to force companies to pay those employees what they’re worth.

The summer sale at INPRNT is still going! My stuff is all 35% off. These are some of my most sold prints #discoelysium www.inprnt.com

Illustration depicting Harry, the protagonist of the game Disco Elysium, falling. A crane is in the background. The image is inverted and Harry's pose is gracious, making him appear as if he's dancing.

Illustration depicting an investigation scene in the game Disco Elysium. Protagonists are seen from the perspective of the dead man they are inspecting, while getting insulted by the rascal Cuno.

Illustration depicting a scene late in the game Disco Elysium, where the protagonists are off on a boat to explore an islet. Camouflaged within the reeds near the viewer, the Insulidian Phasmid, a local cryptid, can be seen.

Illustration depicting a scene in Disco Elysium where the protagonists are dancing in a church. Raver Pete Andre can be seen dancing along them.

Good VFX and CGI are wonderful things, but I love how CREATIVE film-makers had to be in the creation of low-tech film miracles like this Buster Keaton visual trick. Imagine seeing Sherlock Jr. when it first came out in 1924 & trying to figure out how these tricks were done.

It's fun coming back to them with a lot more practice in my lines and anatomy :> #reyssidy #overwatch #blackwatch #gabrielreyes #colecassidy #Capdoesart

Digital illustration of Gabriel Reyes and Cole Cassidy from Overwatch - both in their Blackwatch attire (Cole is sans his cape and hat) Gabriel in his Blackwatch Hoodie, sitting on a very stylized desk (lazy artist wanted to focus on... other things), Cole in his space with a knee wedged between Reyes' legs, his hand on his commanders crotch. Reyes has his hand on the cake - that is, Cassidys butt. Cassidy is giving bombastic sideye - the viewer has the strong suspicion that they walked in on them doing... black op related strategizing. Yep.
The author of this image wants to point out how incredibly proud they are of this one shoe of Cassidy with his ridiculous spurs and heels - fuck, would you please look at that stomper?
