#Lexember Day 1: preparing food nɑ̇z, (verb transitive) to bite and swallow, esp a recent kill G'sunan is a language of a jungle of beasts. So, the predators among them maintain a practice of hunting and eating the prey among them. A bit of a cheat 😅 since it's a way of *not* preparing food.

Oops forgot to post again 😅 Here's a sketch-map of the first encounter in the Dyos campaign: the cult of the sun's chariot processes through the market avenue, passing through a temple (where offerings are lain), ending with them throwing themselves into the sea as the sun does (into a net)!

As a person who will do math in her head to avoid the time lag of having to dig out my phone and open the calculator app and punch numbers in, I have come to realize I’m not the market for genAI simply because I would rather use my brain than open an app if given the choice.

So to my American mind, a belt of rank seemed obvious for a monk class, but I looked it up and apparently belts of rank (and perhaps ranks themselves) weren't invented until the 1800s, so way out of scope for medieval fantasy 😬
