Mindful Actions by Beth @mindfulactions.bsky.social · 02/02/2025Lately, I can feel the magic. Not in some distant, hypothetical way—but in a real, tangible, almost electric way. There is something so powerful about finally believing in your own magic. About realizing that everything you need has been inside you all along. 010
Mindful Actions by Beth @mindfulactions.bsky.social · 29/01/2025If you want to take action, but are overhwlemed because there’s just too much to fight for, start with one thing. One thing you can do today to support someone in your circle or your community. Then do another thing tomorrow. Then another thing the next day. Make an impact where you are. 000

Mindful Actions by Beth @mindfulactions.bsky.social · 25/01/2025I took my writing to a new level this week. I’m teary-eyed over it. It’s the most beautiful thing I’ve ever written. Maybe I’ll get the courage to share it with the world, or maybe I’ll keep it for myself. That’s the beauty of art. It allows you to express yourself. 🫶🏼 000
Mindful Actions by Beth @mindfulactions.bsky.social · 25/01/2025One of the most impactful things I’ve learned on my mindfulness journey is that not every thought deserves a reaction. Let the thought pass and move to the next moment. Guard your energy. 010
Mindful Actions by Beth @mindfulactions.bsky.social · 21/01/2025Reminder for today (and every day): Protect your peace. Don’t engage with spiteful strangers online. Use your energy to reach out and give encouragement to a person, or a cause, you do want to support. Your actions reflect the type of world you want to live in. 010

Mindful Actions by Beth @mindfulactions.bsky.social · 18/01/2025We often get the wrong impression that mindfulness teaches us how to avoid our feelings so we can be "calm". But, it isn’t about stopping emotions. It’s about understanding them and learning to ride the ups and downs instead of letting the emotions control your mood. 010
Mindful Actions by Beth @mindfulactions.bsky.social · 15/12/2024Oh no. I realized on the way home that I was THAT person who took the wrong drink my usual coffee shop. And now I know why the barista gave me a weird look as I was walking out…. Mentally preparing my introvert perfectionist self to make a joke about it next time so I can feel better about it. 020

Mindful Actions by Beth @mindfulactions.bsky.social · 12/12/2024Perfectionism isn’t about having high standards—it’s about fear. Fear of failure, fear of judgment, fear of not being good enough. Every time we wait for the “perfect” moment, we lose the chance to grow. Take back your power from the fear. *hugs* 010
Mindful Actions by Beth @mindfulactions.bsky.social · 12/12/2024Did something tonight that I’ve been wanting to do for years but never got around to: I put all my addresses for holiday cards in a spreadsheet!!! They’ve been saved on scraps of paper in like 10 different places for so long. I feel like I’ve leveled up as an adult. 👏🏼 010

Mindful Actions by Beth @mindfulactions.bsky.social · 22/11/2024When I had to take a break last year, one thing that I got burned out on was MEDITATION. The thing that was supposed to bring me clarity overwhelmed me. You can be doing all the things experts recommend, but if you're not listening to your own mind and body, it can be useless. 020
Mindful Actions by Beth @mindfulactions.bsky.social · 22/11/2024Not only has time blocking been incredibly helpful for me this week to keep things on track, it’s helped me stay mindful and in the present moment. Mindful Actions by Beth @mindfulactions.bsky.social · 21/11/2024Perfectionism thrives on comparison. Self-acceptance reminds you that your journey is yours alone. You don’t need to be better than anyone else if you are comfortable with who you are. Find your strength within, not from external validation. 021
Mindful Actions by Beth @mindfulactions.bsky.social · 18/11/2024WAKE UP AND PAY ATTENTION! Stop living on autopilot. I had no desire to spend time on social media this weekend, so I didn't. This is a really important part of mindfulness and self-awareness. Noticing when you don't even want to do something, but you find yourself doing it out of habit. 010
Mindful Actions by Beth @mindfulactions.bsky.social · 16/11/2024When emotions flare try observing instead of absorbing. Protecting your peace isn’t about avoiding emotions but choosing not to react to every one that comes up. Sometimes the best way to protect your peace is to let emotions pass without pulling you in. 020
