a lot of people talk about being motivated by spite, which I admit to being a thing in the very (very) short term for me sometimes haha. but overall nah. passion, excitement, love for it is what motivates me. spite is a flame that flares up periodically; the other stuff is what keeps you warm

can’t say i’m particularly enthusiastic about the broad strokes of future retail lore, but i love the quality of life improvements with unrestricted transmog and being able to purchase any housing items you already own without having to fly to their different vendors
