i 100% agree about the dc crash, that seems to have been a fuck up on the part of the air traffic controllers. theyre human, mistakes are expected, but those mistakes shouldnt be fatal.
for the recent crash, though, that genuinely seems unavoidable. alls good one second, the next theyre upside down
