Reviewed of Jacob Lunds book "Transformation af virkelighed: Tekster om litteratur, kunst, politik." for the journal Passage - tidsskrift for litteratur og kritik. Great book of aesthetic analysis but maybe also showcases some of the issues around the idea of politics within an aesthetic framework.

My grandmother's husband died this spring. We weren't close, but I have good memories of watching Tom & Jerry with him as a child and being curious about all the different kinds of books he had. He was not an academic, but worked in a nursing home. His love of books inspired me as I grew older.
