Started watching Masters of the Universe with my son last night – why the fk is it so long?? We paused it with 45 minutes left because it was getting too late. I haven't seen such a poorly edited movie in forever. It's been fun overall, with some great scenes, but damn it needs to be cut way down.

I thought it was too, based off that, but no – it's the max you'll be charged for bags in an order. They're 25 cents each in store, IIRC.

Bags and packaging options

We currently only offer paper bags for Click & Collect and delivery services.

Paper bags cost $2 per order. This means you’ll be charged $2 max for paper bags when you place an order.

If your order is delivered by a Coles van, it’ll be packed in a shorter version of our normal paper bags. These specially designed bags make the packing process more efficient and mean that bags don’t get overpacked and too heavy.

If your order is delivered by one of our partners (Uber, DriveYello, DoorDash) it’ll be packed in our normal, full-sized paper bags.

Look I am not here for pen reviews, but my new Uni-Ball One P 0.5mm quick-dry gel ink pen is definitely the sweetest little pen I've ever used. It comes in other colours, but this one is Banana, and I think they all use black ink. You should get one.

So, the 22mm Nomad Active leather band that Pebble sells for the Time 2 will officially suit wrists up to 21cm, but my wrist is 20cm and I was lucky to get to the first notch. I think my hand is losing blood 😂 It's a standard 22mm with regular quick-release pins, so I'll just replace it, but yeah.

How freaking nice is the simple act of preparing and cooking a meal on a cold night. Somebody bring me some wine! I didn't have every single ingredient, but I improvised nicely and damn it was good. Itadakimasu!

Ground Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry
Servings: 4
Ingredients
1 cup water
6 tablespoons lower-sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger (from 1-inch piece)
2 teaspoons unseasoned rice vinegar
3 tablespoons neutral oil (such as canola), divided
12 ounces (about 5 1/4 cups) fresh broccoli florets
1 pound 90/10 lean ground beef
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds (optional)
2 green onions, thinly sliced (optional)
Steamed white rice, for serving
Method
Make the sauce:
Whisk together the water, soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar in a medium bowl until combined and the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
Cook the broccoli:
Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high until shimmering. Add the broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp and blackened in spots, 6 to 7 minutes. Transfer broccoli to a large bowl; set aside.
Brown the beef and add the sauce:
Reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Add the ground beef and sprinkle with salt. Cook, stirring occasionally to break the meat into crumbles, until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens slightly and flavors meld, about 3 minutes.
Assemble and serve:
Return the broccoli to the skillet and cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened and evenly coats meat and vegetables, about 3 minutes. Top with sesame seeds and green onions (if using). Serve over steamed white rice.
