Ran 16 miles on a treadmill today. 2hrs 29 mins. Knees felt fine weirdly, it was more of a mental challenge really. I watched 1.5 films and sweated a lot. But a timely confidence boost. Iceland marathons is 2 weeks away!

Had a 2-3 week break and now back in training. Next one for me is Skopje Marathon, North Macedonia 🇲🇰 Marathon 38, country 34 and I'm likely to reach 10,000 miles. It looks like a beautiful country. If anybody knows of anyone with M.E there please let me know, I'd love to meet/interview them.

Delighted that there's now a more accurate figure of people with ME in the UK (404,000) for the media to use. Obviously bittersweet, as that is still a huge number of people in daily pain, ignored and with no treatments to recover.

I disagree. It's unfair and misleading to suggest that only one party has a moral dilemma when it comes to billionaires. Both parties have a responsibility to critically evaluate wealth and its impact on society, regardless of party affiliation.

7 miles this morning, bit icy out and my knee really is bothering me. Will keep going but might be time to get an MRI. Though wondering if there's much point as I have no intention of having any surgery. Working on lots of strengthening stretches and icing plenty, maybe that'll fix it.
