Natural experiment looking at zostavax roll-out in Wales that showed a reduction in dementia dx. The heterogeneity by sex is just wild (i.e. only benefit in women). It's a pretty solid study design with sensitivity analyses. Outcome ascertainment obv suboptimal. www.nature.com/articles/s41...
