Had a go at making a pixel art image of one of our cats, Nelly, rubbing her face happily on some sheet music. My eventual aim is to try and cross stitch it, so I kept the number of colours to a minimum #PixelArt #CatsOfMastodon

Last week I released my first paid app (matchymaps.com) on the App Store and Google Play. Today it is the UK's number one paid app in the Maps & Navigation category (and 38th in all categories) I think that might speak more to how few people pay for apps, but still, a win is a win :)

@Edent Best I've managed so far is simply: ffmpeg -i wrap.webp -vf v360=dfisheye:equirect -frames:v 1 unwrap.jpg Was trying to see if there's a way to compensate for the duplication at the edges of the images, but haven't figured anything out yet

Me and @callheralaska just spent most of our morning freeing a baby crow from our basement light well, while one of its parents yelled encouragement down at us from above. Featuring window acrobatics and gentle towel elevators.

Job postings on freelancer websites are usually pretty awful, but this one really grabbed me. Private health care company wants a UK based developer for £10-15/hour. If you ever wonder why a lot of the apps you use are garbage, this is definitely part of the reason why.
