Alex had a permit to carry. He was legally exercising his 2nd Amendment right, and was legally filming the ICE agents. He did NOT draw the weapon. He was just filming when they approached him. ICE agents had taken his weapon from its holster BEFORE they shot him. It was MURDER.

I am a criminal defense attorney, I watch stuff like this and have developed at least a minor acclimation to it. This video shows a murder. First degree murder with excessive violence. There was at no point any justification for a single shot being fired, let alone 7-10. That’s an execution.
