It’s a little funny to see a university take credit for the recent achievement of someone who went there 20 years ago. You don’t see them claim credit for the larger number students that had to pivot out of their field of study.

I think I am finally in a place where I can process the tragedy. There's been so much going on the last few weeks that I think everything has just become compartmentalized. Life is a very fragile thing. Tell those that you do, that you love them often, because one day it will be the last time.
