If we actually want to appreciate moms, we should be providing free childcare, healthcare, and guaranteed income for stay-at-home parents to put more money in families’ pockets and ensure no SAHP is reliant on a partner for their economic security. Idk I think that’s better than 15% off a vacuum.

And like…it’s difficult to even make a career change when going back to school* is not free, you’re too ill to do a lot of jobs and then you’re 40+ so employers decide that’s “overqualified” therefore you no longer need food, clothing and shelter?

This is really unexpected. Runeway seemed like one of those cozy games that, while beautiful, doesn't seem particularly outstanding - there's already a deluge of cozy TTRPGs. Then the studio told me about the designers have made this game to be explicitly anti-fascist - and I was intrigued
