Not by the amount they were raised, that’s for sure. And the reduction to 30% doesn’t extend to the de minimus exemption. That was reduced, but to 54% from 120%. 60% of shipments from China are in the de minimus category.

It's critical for everyone to remember what an Executive Order is. It is the President communicating orders to members of the executive branch. Policies to pursue, actions to take, etc. They are not laws. They are not close to being laws. They are formalized memos to employees. That's all.

H2A visas are agricultural visas for migrant farm workers in the US to support planting/harvesting, etc. MAGA never complains about them because they know few Americans would do these jobs.
