One of the reasons "Free Palestine" has become so popular is because it sounds incredibly straightforward.
For many people, it's an expression of concern for civilians, frustration with the war, and hope for a better future. That's why so many people are comfortable repeating it.
But the slogan itself leaves a lot unsaid, and that's where things get tricky.
