This is Basingstoke hospital ..they are refusing my diagnosis because I had to call in the infection control after they admitted ( recorded) that there was no where clean enough for patients to wash..was then abused by the doctor when I told him he was equally responsible for the filth...much more

On top of all the stress of being in hospital in the first place, it is disgusting to add all this extra worry and stress to patients let alone the very real risk of infection. It's scary to complain when so vulnerable.
