The author of today's report, Prof Peter Fonagy, has been speaking to Radio 4's Today programme.

He starts by saying that former Health Secretary Wes Streeting - who first commissioned the review - was "with respect, completely wrong" when he talked about an over-diagnosis of mental health disorders.

It can be amazingly brutal when a publisher loses a license. Some IDW Transformers stuff went out of print in months. The last Virgin Publishing Doctor Who stuff was more or less out of print before it hit the shelves (because of preorders).

Oh, Torchwood. It was starting when I was first getting into Doctor Who so it was basically one half of how I interpreted the franchise for a while. Honestly, it colored how I viewed Doctor Who more than the Classic series did.
