Pharmacies stock narcotics; bottle shops expensive taxed alcohol; gun shops, firearms. None of these are (yet) being firebombed/extorted by criminal gangs.There must be critical lessons in the governance of these by regulatory agencies for the tobacco shop firebombing problem.

Woollahra/Edgecliff? As so often these days - support the intent but not the means. More challenging in this particular instance is taking an area with some genuine diversity of housing type - and encouraging another monoculture of towers. How blunt our current density tools are.
