I drew way too many fonts for the game Time Flies…

Font faces nine, ten and eleven we have not used in the final game. I created them for ideas during prototyping that we eventually abandonded. ;-( Number nine was for small dynamic text in a newspaper lying on the floor. Number ten is called Teacher.It was designed for collectable life-affirming quotes we eventually replaced with puzzle pieces. And number eleven, called Student, is a second version of number ten that looks less neat. That's it! Eleven fucking typefaces made over the course of 5 years.

Many flies died at Tokyo Game Show last week. Thanks for all the help and support. 🖤

A total of 632 flies lived a short life at Tokyo Game Show 2025 over 4 day period. The pile of dead flies grew a little bigger with each day, as more and more people came to play and ultimately die as a fly.

Last night, my GF and I played through @panic.com's Time Flies for our date night and we loved it! I'm not much of a gamer, but this experience got me excited. The details, puzzles, music, and humor throughout the game are just so well done. Give it a go if you're looking for a fun puzzle game.

This is a very tight, smart and novel dialog-less story about flies that let's you set the difficulty level based on the life expectancy of your country. I had a blast in the few hours it took me to roll credits. They 100% nail the game feel of being a fly, it's very neat.
