Targeting all of those Amazon-like e-commerce distribution centers was GENIUS. Now the data centers. Absolutely PERFECT. Rebuilding them will be difficult because the parts will be hard to source. Not because of sanctions but because computer RAM is in short supply and expensive right now.

There are business incubators in NOLA who support local startups. Learn to budget. Learn to do marketing. These things are as important as if your food is great. Budsi Thai on N. Rampart is a great example of making the transition from popup. Food is really great and it's busy ALL the time.

And the answer is. HAVING A WEB SITE. It costs almost nothing. All the big web site providers have templates you can use that make putting up a quick web site easy. Or actually hire one of your friends who is a web designer (I assure you you know several) and pay them to do it.

CHARTER SCHOOLS ARE A TOTAL SCAM. Come to New Orleans and you will see. Nearly every school has been a charter since Katrina. The churn of companies, the absurdly paid "CEOs," corruption, the duplicative bureaucracies, it's INSANE. Student achievement has not gotten better. Charters suck.
