meyhve @meyhve.com · 04/10/2026could you imagine if one of the 600,000 people that pass through your station EVERY DAY might need to sit down somewhere while waiting for a train?? the horror!! 120
meyhve @meyhve.com · 04/10/2026dude i hate penn station so much 😭 worst big train station in north america 130
meyhve @meyhve.com · 04/10/2026i love that you can just buy overpriced soft serve wherever you are in nyc ❤️ 130
meyhve @meyhve.com · 03/10/2026it's all free on youtube btw: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lhx1...youtube.comWe Raced The Entire Length Of JapanYouTube video by Jet Lag: The Game 010
meyhve @meyhve.com · 03/10/2026i can't believe i'll get to see the jet lag season 19 finale in theaters today 🥹 so proud of those boys, they've come so far 110
meyhve @meyhve.com · 03/10/2026oh they're way worse lol. lots of stupid people in the conversation all around 010
meyhve @meyhve.com · 03/10/2026the adaptation itself is serviceable. i feel like both fma adaptations are far more memorable in terms of style, but it's good for what it is. my only gripe is that the OP animation, clearly inspired by chainsaw man, doesn't quite fit the vibe of the show. the ED is fantastic though 010
meyhve @meyhve.com · 03/10/2026hiromu arakawa is my favorite shounen author period. her artwork and methods of storytelling are sooo compelling to me, and i love how she draws on influences both within and outside of japanese culture and history. 100
meyhve @meyhve.com · 03/10/2026okay on a lighter note you all need to watch daemons of the shadow realm, it's so good 100
meyhve @meyhve.com · 03/10/2026i am a polite but deeply judgemental person and sometimes it takes soooo much restraint not to say things on here i'm going to regret 230
meyhve @meyhve.com · 02/10/2026this is an outdated headline btw because these aren't just allegations, he literally admitted that it was all true 120
meyhve @meyhve.com · 02/10/2026i will never understand people who talk about "rehabilitative justice" in regards to deplatforming, in the way that implies having a public platform / fame / corporate sponsorships / book deals are somehow human rights 1185
meyhve @meyhve.com · 02/10/2026i don't think you would get so defensive and go on about how we "need to establish a pattern of behavior" if this was a conservative youtuber, or someone who you personally disliked. 0330
meyhve @meyhve.com · 02/10/2026what more info needed to be gathered? he literally admitted to it all! if you strongly believe someone should be deplatformed for plagiarism but not sexual assault, then it sounds like you think plagiarism is a more serious offense than sexual assault. 1410
meyhve @meyhve.com · 02/10/2026to put it another way: if you take, for example, james somerton plagiarizing people as a more valid reason to deplatform someone than actual sexual assault... it might be time for some reflection! 1280
meyhve @meyhve.com · 02/10/2026nobody is entitled to a platform on the internet, least of all rapists. and he had more than an audience; he had book deals, sponsors, streaming deals, a podcast, etc. this immediate deplatforming is a glimpse of a better world in which sexual assault was seen as the serious crime that it *is* 1351
meyhve @meyhve.com · 02/10/2026"did what he could to make up for it" you mean... got away with almost zero consequences? he built a successful career with nobody around him being the wiser. being deplatformed seems like the absolute bare minimum for "consequences" 1650
