Pretty much my autistic focus is nerdy media. Superhero stuff, genre fiction, games and anime. I also am working on writing my own stuff. After a lifetime of being a nerd but very intensely identifying with femme characters I am VERY sick of the straight cis male leads of most nerd media.

After reading Supergirl woman of tomorrow.....the movie was fine you all are just purists and babies. A direct adaptation was basically impossible in a movie format so they told their own story in their own universe with some of the themes and elements of the original.

The most memorable of problems I have with games are the repetitive details that take my attention away from the rest of it. The exact shape cut out of wolverines costume in the new game that shows me his back for 2/3rds of the game because the flesh/costume destruction system is a little too there

Fighting game AI really REALLY needs work. A lot of the time once you get past the point where the AI is just letting you win you run into this no mans land where if you try to do anything intentional while learning it counters you perfectly but if you button mash you win. So you learn jack shit.

After playing a decent chunk of wolverine my main complaints are that there isnt enough decision making in the character progression or the fights themselves because your options are too limited, and modern action games over rely on just trying to be challenging with tight parry and dodge stuff.

Playing Wolverine. Story is fine so far. I like the idea of 'beserker' focused combat's implimentation here. The problem is that the devs have been dark souls poisoned and so over focused on parrying and defense and gave big enemies actual roll catch mechanics to fuck you over for spamming dodge.

I really end up resenting every single competitive PVP game I play because every single one of them when I do the matchmaking shuffle I win until I reach the part of the 'skill curve' where the most toxic and boring strats reign supreme. I don't feel like using them, and I lose until I quit.
