It just hit me that the final 3D version is quite similar to my Wiki Pyroraptor illustration by coincidence. I'm not a shamed to admit that I'm a fan of Gabriel's work partly because he has so many ideas I fully agree with. 😁

Anybody know of an up to date tutorial for sculpting with Blender for people who have previously used stuff like Scultpris and Zbrush but don't know the quirks of Blender. Also if at all possible, something that's at least remotely ADHD friendly.

I used to low-key idolize such historical figures as da Vinci, Galilei and Darwin in my youth. Now I feel much more kinship with Tycho Brahe. He too had his nose destroyed in his twenties and wore a prosthesis he had to glue on, but he didn't let that stop him. Nor should I.

I'm more alone in 2026 than I was in 2025 or 2023 or 2022 or 2020 or 2018 or 2016 or 2014 or 2013. I spent a large portion of 2012 lying in bed unable to do much of anything but use laptop with a mouse, and I'm not sure it was this bad even then. Thank you social media.

Through enduring various hardships I've learned that mental exhaustion erodes your ability to enjoy things that used to excite you before, but it can also make you ignore or become numb to threats to your health and wellbeing you used to care deeply about. It is an insidious process of self-loss.
