Being a disabled author comes with a whole set of additional challenges. I have to remember to be kind to myself, that I have already written 7 books (not including the countless fanfiction— WHICH YOU’LL NEVER FIND!), I’m nearly finished with another 2, and I haven’t given up on my dreams. ♥️

Not all disabilities are visible. Crazy how one day you can be living your fantasy, and the next you’re in the ER. I love embracing magic; some days might not appear as magical as others, but they have glimmers in their own right. I’m alive, I’m surviving, that’s pretty freaking fantastical. 🩷

My favorite part about writing is the exploring— going back, making different choices over and over again. As the author, the last page never really closes. The world is still there, living, always. And if ever I want to visit it again, I just have to pick up my pen. #author #writer #mermaid

There once was a girl who spent her life in daydreams. There, amongst unicorns and fairies, amoungst castles in the sky and mermaids in the sea, she believed that anything she imagined could be possible. When she woke up, she began to write down every fantasy and wish, everything her heart chased.

I’ve loved mermaids for as long as I could dream. There was a time when I was teased for it, but I never gave up on those dreams. Now, I’m a professional dreamer, and I hope with both my novels and my modeling, that I encourage the next generation to be professional dreamers too. ✨
