Went to nearly every movie theater bar in Los Angeles to see if they could be any good. Only denied entry twice.

This is what I say to folks about writing screenplays, too. Everyone has an idea for a TV show or a movie. Write it! Read a bunch of screenplays, use them as templates. Even if your movie script never leaves your laptop, you'll learn so much about what makes TV/Films good, and appreciate them more.

Everything about Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson's respective post-Twilight careers leads me to believe they are both very smart and well-read. I also suspect they're the kind of funny where, if a joke is good, they don't laugh, they just knowingly say, "That's really funny."

I think this is why it's indispensable OFF a set as well! And when you don't need it every day, a single roll goes a long way. I still have a big role I stole from a gig in 2018.

Masking tape? Not a good tape, as far as I can tell. More visible than crafting tape, less adhesive than medical tape. The Toyota Tercel of tapes.

Painter's tape is also a good tape. And that it comes in various widths... Not to be overlooked.

In my opinion, gaffer tape is the best tape.

I could be misremembering the timing, but I first saw this in/around college and was so moved by it I almost got the very last iteration of the chart tattooed on my shoulder.

Earth's core could be melting, and there would still be someone spending whole days of their life compiling all the home runs Pedro Martinez ever gave up to the Yankees. www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1Yn...

+1. In the middle of this right now and every other day is “This is so slow,” followed 30 minutes later by, “this is, unfortunately, working.

My Co-founder Josh Weinsch took this photo of his little daughter’s bike, which was in their driveway when they evacuated. Their neighborhood was vaporized.

It’s been years since I’ve paid close attention to baseball. And yet, occasionally, I will wake up thinking about the Atlanta Braves’ ‘98 pitching rotation.
