I have a very old Fender clone & thought I was past playing it until I realised the neck was bowed! Now, I know that can be fixed, but still... Colour is more aquamarine than the photo shows, scrumptious, and so much easier to play!

It's more nuanced than that. I like the "serenity" idea: accept what you can't change, have the courage to change what you can & the wisdom to know the difference. Getting angry about things outside our control does no one any good.

I have decided not to care. What good does it do you? However, the change might work. And don't mistake not caring about the Westminster nonsense for not voting. When the time comes, I'll be going for whoever can keep Reform out, believe me.

My neighbour, who is quite left-wing, did not know of Farage's intentions for the NHS and asked why more people didn't know. It needs some very widespread advertising. Come on Labour, Led by Donkeys etc, get it out there! But I guess those who don't want to believe it won't.

Podcasters, pontificators and pundits. This phenomenon of 'journalists and ex politicians', pissed on their own self-importance, lounging back in their chairs trying to manufacture clicks for their website, substack, or podcasts by relentlessly slandering the elected PM, is getting rather tedious.
