I think that was Barrett's biggest issue. He was able to tune it out as noise with a lot of people there, and he had Mallory as an outlet. Once she was gone and there were less than 10 others he couldn't tune the others out. #BB28

As one partnered with a guy whose father spent his whole life making him feel less than or ignoring him, totally see that in Drew. He had to do a lot of work to get out from under that and unfortunately it took a while. Hopefully Drew can learn while still young. #BB28

He reminds me so much of my AuDHD nephew. Inability to read the tone of conversation, unable to sit still or be in silence, and especially the parroting. Any time he's been told something is wrong or he's corrected he stops. If he's asked to do something, he does it but he has no initiative. #BB28

Tinnitus sucks. And there are certain speaking tones you just can't hear. My partner has to repeat things to me all of the time, especially if I'm not actively paying attention to them. So I get it #BB28

Learn about Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. Severe ME is a life-limiting illness, but ME is a spectrum going from mild (~50% limited) to extremely severe (fully bedridden, needing continuous care incl feeding tubes and oxygen). It is the greatest hidden health scandal. Clean Air needs to be a focus #BB28

As one whose life has been destroyed by a viral infection, I honestly can't even describe how sickening it is to see what is going on in #BB28 right now. PAIS or post-acute infection syndromes can affect ANYONE. I never recovered from H1N1 and was made severely disabled by covid. PLEASE....

That we're 6+ years into this and people are only talking about social distancing & washing hands speaks to the absolute public health failure. Clean air protocols are needed. An environ with no windows, recirculating air & several days at a time locked in = all airborne particles staying. #BB28
