I'm not happy with a bunch of stuff, but at the same time, the finished work looks better than what I usually draw, and that irks me (as this was me trying to draw in someone else's style). It took way longer than I expected, mostly because I kept redoing the lines/shading and to see if matches FMA03 art somewhat. 311

I've avoided all fill tools like the plague ever since it traumatised me back in Windows 95 or something. Usually, I just do all the flats with a brush, but it turns out fill tools actually do stuff these days. Anyway, getting somewhere. 011

I put a flat color layer under my line art, scan and overlay my own watercolor texture, then adjust hue, color balance, and levels until I get it to look the way I want. 21929

No @melanhola.bsky.social · 01/10/2026For some reason, pen stabilisation feels worse in CSP than in Rebelle, and I don't think adjusting it for every brush is the way to go (and sometimes, that setting seems to do little). And I can't find it in program settings either... Also, I once again chose to draw something that I struggle with. 011

I know we are not supposed to create super raccoons, but I think you'll change your mind and professional ethics when you see how cute they are.
