I’ve never had Trick or Treaters at my house in the 15 years I’ve lived here. I don’t particularly want any either, but my 6ft skelly who sits in my office with me everyday was lonely. Now, I think they both need dogs to complete their family. WHY AM I LIKE THIS?!! 🤣

It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve heard from my insurance adjuster or the restoration company in charge of my repairs. The temporary roof patch is still holding, but the interest is accruing on my incurred out of pocket expenses. What’s not accruing? My patience.

Neighbour’s tree took out my power lines & the mast attached to my house. Fun Friday night learning that the utility disconnects you until you find an electrician to replace the mast. There are very few emergency electricians who answer their phones on a Friday night. Truly a lesson I won’t forget 😂
