I’m being terrorized by a sparrow couple. They think every window in my home is the enemy & have been coordinating their attacks. I’ve tired painters tape, tin foil, paper towel, Halloween skeletons, flashing lights. They’re fearless & will stop at nothing to protect their top secret nest.

I can’t be sure that they locked me out of the house in my PJs on purpose because I wouldn’t let them come out to the compost bin with me, but I’m definitely suspicious. The GSD can lock & unlock doors as he pleases, but not on command 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’ve always wanted to visit FallingWater (a Frank Lloyd Wright masterpiece) so really hoping it withstands the fall of the USA & so I get to see it in my lifetime.

Fallingwater is Wright’s crowning achievement in organic architecture and the American Institute of Architects’ “best all-time work of American architecture.”

A very good boi who was groomed with 4 different kinds of brushes, then bathed in de-shedding shampoo, blown out, and then groomed AGAIN with 4 different kinds of brushes who sheds like he breathes air.

My spouse was working on our front porch & stuck his head in to tell me a big dog just walked up the driveway & was in our backyard. I was SUPER stoked to see a stray German Shepherd (aka our new dog) sitting just beyond my greenhouse - until I got within 20 feet & realized it was not a GSD at all.
