Trump is not only attacking medicaid - he's now targetting individuals who have received it, by sharing data with ICE. He's also focused those in cities voting for the democrats, attacking his political opponents. He's not coming for your benefits, he's coming for you. www.msn.com/en-us/news/u...

When are countries going to take action? Where are the other leaders? Any why is this taking so long? - US needs to stop supplying weapons - More should recognize Palestine - Sanctions need to happen - Israeli leaders should be arrested when stepping foot outside and prosecuted for their war crimes

DOGE is building a database to track immigrants. This is a book in the page of what the Nazi's had GESTAPO do. Spy, track, put in concentration camp anyone who weren't their ally. US has already begun deporting Americans to concentration camps in El Salvador. This system will accelerate that.

Trump telling his followers and friends, fixing the market and then bragging about it? I'm not really surprised - he is a convicted felon with awful morals and a love for money, power and as of late, corruption. Seems this aged well... youtu.be/4BJ9UwQZKuM

Awful behaviour from Trump. It's clear he is forcing Ukraine to a bad deal giving territories to Russia, w/o any guarantee they won't attack again, whilst taking minerals for themselves - by doing an immediate douche move to halt weapons that were already promised www.theguardian.com/us-news/live...

The problem is not the current price the problem is that they claim the normal price was something else than what it actually was, and that it per their display on their platform

000

Marie Mejerwall (Games Consultant) @mejerwall.com · 03/01/2025

This isn't the only example, it mirrored Steam prices, so there is no bug or glitch. Participation in sales are normally an agreement but either way, it's clear what the price actually was before and it's clear what they "claim" it was. This is no different than tech stores during black friday etc.

100

Marie Mejerwall (Games Consultant) @mejerwall.com · 02/01/2025

Feel free to share more insights if you have it. The game is 8 years old so I don't think they really normally price it at €44,99.

Last day of the Steam and GOG.com sales! Inform yourself before you buy! In EU, stores must display the lowest price a product had before a reduction, and it's showing GOG.com's misleading market practices... 😱 What game have you gotten this sale? I'm on the fence on this one =)

Bluesky - personal or business? Normally, I use my business branding on all my socials. But, so far, Bluesky feels personal - meeting new friends - rather than business. Being too biz just feels impersonal. So, to upload, or not to upload, my new #solopreneur banner? What's your take?

Thank you! Portugal was definitely more painful and broken than I thought it would be immigration and paperwork-wise. Might be better in a few years :) But the time to be there is now. Lots of expats, meetups, locals are warm and friendly, fun events, good climate, things to see, amazing seafood :)

Second would be - if things are going well, and you have a momentum, don't be afraid to invest and take a bet on yourself. Keep pushing, don't settle! Sky's the limit for a #solopreneur :)

Nice to meet you! I think the first thing to do is to visualize your business model & client pipeline. Who is your client? What value do you offer, and do they need it? What tools, exposure, knowledge, and work is needed, and who can help you? What is worth doing yourself versus paying a service?

I'm looking for opinions on ditching google meet/zoom/teams and using freeconference.com instead - anyone with experience? So far from testing it out, it seems great and so streamlined. There has to be a catch as to why I haven't even heard of it much less seen it be used?
