Israel's latest statements are a classic showoff of narcissism: www.theguardian.com/world/live/2... - Victimizing self: When you commit a Genocide against a people for 600+ days and kill more than 50k innocent people, you can no longer play the victim card.

Israel now plans to invade and occupy all of Gaza, just like they have with all of Palestine. Where are the world leaders who speak up against this? Who oppose the #genocide of 50,000+ Palestinians? Sponsored by the US. www.theguardian.com/world/live/2... www.cbsnews.com/news/war-gaz...

Does anyone defrag their hard drives any more? I feel like old Cranky Kong for bringing this up, but, back in the days, we'd do this to optimize our computers, bringing files together that were shattered around, which improved data access times...

Fellow D&D enthusiasts! What would be some fitting - and useful - spells, cantrips, reactions etc to pick for my drow?

Last day of the Steam and GOG.com sales! Inform yourself before you buy! In EU, stores must display the lowest price a product had before a reduction, and it's showing GOG.com's misleading market practices... 😱 What game have you gotten this sale? I'm on the fence on this one =)

Yearly recaps are here across so many platforms! Which is your favourite? My steam one was depressing but my Miro one was impressive, I guess I've had good work discipline this year :)

A little-known fact about me is that I played MMORPGs in a Ukrainian-Russian clan in 2005, and retain many friends to this day. I'm therefore very honored to be speaking at Xbox Game Campus Ukraine on Dec 12, a virtual game conference for Ukrainian devs. More info on www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-g...

Bluesky - personal or business? Normally, I use my business branding on all my socials. But, so far, Bluesky feels personal - meeting new friends - rather than business. Being too biz just feels impersonal. So, to upload, or not to upload, my new #solopreneur banner? What's your take?

Today is my 𝟯-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 as a #solopreneur, and so far I've: ✔️ 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 to Portugal ✔️ Become a #digital #nomad ✔️ S𝗽𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻 at many big 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 ✔️ Run my own 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 ✔️ Starred as 𝗷𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗿 ✔️ ️Started onboarding my very own 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁! It's been a wild ride 🤩! Here's to another 3 years 🎉

I'm looking for opinions on ditching google meet/zoom/teams and using freeconference.com instead - anyone with experience? So far from testing it out, it seems great and so streamlined. There has to be a catch as to why I haven't even heard of it much less seen it be used?

Thanks for sharing this, lovely to see a behind-the-scenes, kind of like when I saw the Star Wars miniatures used for the OG Series! Inspirational work - and actually inspired me to take this photo in Guatemala 2014. No edits, just camera set on sephia at time of taking.

#Digitalnomad update! After 3 months in #Portugal, the time has come to finally #register as a #resident at the Town Hall where I reportedly need to stand in queue 3 times (!) My tactic to overwhelm them with documents so they register me to get rid of me 😇 Wish me luck! 🍀

Digital nomad update - I now have my #NISS aka social insurance! This Portuguese process started super slick with an online form. However - it continued by having to call in to book an appointment, wait a month (!) and go to a faraway office. Mission finally accomplished 😎

I had a great time at #devcom and #gamescom last week! 4 stage appearances, 9 events and 19 meetings later, I'm keen for some rest, but also looking forward to all follow-ups. Thanks to everyone who came to my sessions - you are the reason I keep doing this. See you again next year!

It's done - I've submitted my first-ever talk application to GDC! No matter if I get through, I'm still proud over myself for having mustered the courage to apply. I've been too intimidated to do so before, even if I'm well-versed in other conferences. Cheers for chasing dreams!
