Yesterday, I was denied entry to Kazakhstan without any explanation, although the reason is obvious. This is not an official deportation decision taken after a legal process. I lived in Kazakhstan for about 5 years and always considered Almaty my second home. I am really sorry.

Recent update from friends in central Gaza (Sunday 1pm): "We are receiving more wounded people from the ongoing attacks. More than 160 martyrs from this morning till now. The wounded number is very high too. We ran out of blood units and the lives of many people depend on giving them blood."

Everybody is worried about Al's impact on education, but l don't think a lot of people are really aware of how serious the situation is. We are coming to the end of university education. There is no possible return from this. Probably in a decade, there will be no meaningful university education.
