Gyms should have paper towels and cleaner to wipe the equipment, wiping it with the same towel I wipe myself with is nuts. There's no hand sanitizer either, people have gotta be giving eachother pink eye like crazy in there.

I'm completely exhausted all day today, I can't stop sleeping and eating. I'm assuming I overdid it yesterday but I don't really understand how, it was a long busy day but not high-exertion outside of pilates class. Is this a grief thing? Did I get a new autoimmune disease? Long Covid?

The outside of the house is plagued with spiders and as what I can only assume is some kind of divine punishment, every time I kill them a bigger variety arrives. Last night I saw one, I stg, 2.5 inches with an abdomen the size of one of those big gumballs. I nearly threw up.

I have access to an online grief support group through the hospital. This is nice! The volunteers who run it are nice, the other participants who share are nice, everyone is very generous just by virtue of being there! I am the only one who is visibly agitated and the vibes I am bringing are rank.
