This woman has returned to work after two months on the sick. I'm the only one who got a hug when we saw each other. It was quiet a meaningful hug too. I've always known that she likes me but now I'm thinking if it's more than "like" and my head is now a big mess!! It's nice to be liked anyway...

I'm painting and decorating and I don't like it. There's nothing good about it. People actually do it for a living! Wallpapering, sanding, painting skirting boards...it's horrible! All of it! What's actually good about it? Nothing! Nothing at all!!

long old slog at times and those early days of recovery were brutal, but looking back, it's been worth it. Sleeping was a real issue for months before the op. You just have to have some patience. Something which sadly, I haven't got!

I'm now about 6 months post-op following my rotator cuff repair, which also involved shaving away some bone to create more space in the shoulder (subacromial decompression). I had my final physio session this week and I'd say I'm about 85% there. I just need to keep working at it to get over the
