Today in household repair fails.... The scroll wheel on my sister's TV remote broke after being stepped on or something. It's the axle. So I was gonna drill a hole through the old wheel to fit a piece of bamboo skewer in as a replacement.

Last night I heard the cat playing with something in a spot where I didn't think he had left any toys. I had to find out what. He stole the tiny ball of yellow yarn left after making these pillows.

Maybe one of the greatest costume designers ever ... I loved how he could add humor into his designs like this literal take on Scarlett O'Hara taking the drapes down to make a dress.

I didn't submit my pillows to the fair bc I've been using the yellow one all year and I changed the grey yarn halfway through the front panel and I can tell. Maybe you can't but this is a low light photo....
