Got my flu and covid shots this morning.

Went to the nearby mall for the first time in years on Wednesday out of curiosity to see how it's doing. Luckily it's been well maintained in its almost 27 years. Quite a few empty spaces, but about 77% of the spaces are occupied which seems good? given how seemingly obsolete malls are.

I'm always amazed at the amount of junk mail I get as election time gets closer. So much paper gets wasted. I recycle it but it's almost always kind of plasticy, so I'm not even sure if it's actually recyclable.

Finished Mega Man ZX. It was pretty fun although easy mode felt a little too easy. The game felt considerably more designed for a handheld console than Zero did (at least with my experience just with Zero 1) and the metroidvania design was a neat change compared to a stage select.

I'm not surprised to see that the Pop-Tart Buzzballz are being suddenly disconnected, but I did want to try it out of morbid curiosity. Only places that seemed to have it were a handful random ass liquor stores on the other side of the city.

Pssssst. If you’re ever prescribed children’s acetamenophen by your vet, as much as it sucks to have to take pain meddies, the cherry flavour is pretty tasty. 🍒 #MeddiesMonday #SitaraLove

Watched My Mother's a Werewolf tonight. It was pretty bad. It seems to be one of those special movies that never left the VHS/Laserdisc world of home releases. I'm a little surprised to see it got a theatrical release as it feels like something made for direct to video.

Didn't get anything at the thrift stores today. Granted I don't really need anything, but it's always fun to look. I tell ya though, something you can count on seeing at thrift stores is John Wayne movies on VHS, unwanted fine china, and a mountain of printers.

Started watching the 1990 It last night and finished it this morning. I've seen bits of it growing up but never the entire thing and like everyone around my age, I was scared of Pennywise. I agree with the overall option that Tim Curry was the best part of the mini-series.

Lizalfos need to become one of the main races in Zelda games (like Gorons, Rito, Zora and Gerudo), maybe make one of them a sage also. I guess in that case they'd be called "Lizal" instead.
