Medral @medral.bsky.social · 24/09/2026Had mu check with my nutritionist, and while I was ready to accept the idea I was heavier (didn't workout in August, ate poorly, and drank even less water), I actually lost more fat, and I've reached my lowest so far, 17.5 fat mass percentage! I'm so happy, I started this journey at 33% 😭❤️ 120

Gekkomon while though is the one more disappointing. Same for me with Murasamemon, now I love it so much!! 001
