So this is the ending poem from Minecraft which is somehow hardcoded in there, but while that would make some kind of sense as a joke, what's very odd is that then it insists it didn't do it.

People love to diagnose Trump's physical ailments with maximal theories (this one is getting dementia or walking assist device) but old people's bodies are also just weird. Hang out with a bunch of 80 year olds and you're going to see some very bizarre ways of standing and some crazy looking skin.

To be fair, if I could have easily removed the spoken word part from the bridge of Shake It Off, my life would have been drastically improved over the last 18 months.

There are many other factors above this on the list explaining this, but there is certainly a lot of Instagram-culture pressure to be good at hosting now. You can't just have people over to eat whatever old chips you have in the drawer, you gotta really knock them out—so might as well not do it.

You ever think about how many people are now spending their time conceiving of and performing little skits? I like a funny little short-form video a lot but sometimes I get distracted thinking about the little skit economy and how it works and what it means and I can't laugh any more.

One very simple way to think about this is until very recently CoPilot was very bad and Outlook search was also very bad. Now if I vaguely describe the subject of an old email I need to find, CoPilot is very good at finding it and this is very helpful. (CoPilot still very bad at most other things).

Amazing moment on the text-based social media site for nerdy 38 year olds is everyone arguing about what it means to not like a popular song while there’s also a prompt going around where everyone gets to show off that they can cite lines from Shakespeare.

The most interesting thing about the Choosin’ Texas discussion is what it says about the current information and media environment that a song could be that popular and yet so many people could not know/have heard it.
