I was ghosted for a meeting, so I made an app. privilege-index.vercel.app It's my first app ever. It took me 50 min. Vibe coding is a thing, indeed. It's in Spanish + tailored to Colombian people. I'll likely refine it later with better copy + content, but I'm proud of myself and ChatGPT, lol

In 2024, a Pew Research study found that about one in five Americans (21%) — including 37% of adults under 30 — said they regularly got news from influencers: “It's kind of like the parasocial thing where it feels like I know them.” Read more: www.teenvogue.com/story/news-i...

I always feel a little embarrassed when I’m in Brazil, and Brazilians switch to Spanish or Portuñol for me, but I can’t reply in Portuguese. Sometimes we even end up speaking English! Looks like I’ve got an early 2025 resolution. Time to commit to Duolingo.

it’s such a beautiful thing that we as humans can see things like this in space thanks to machines we made on earth

A star cluster is shown inside a large nebula of many-coloured gas and dust. The material forms dark ridges and peaks of gas and dust surrounding the cluster, lit on the inner side, while layers of diffuse, translucent clouds blanket over them. Around and within the gas, a huge number of distant galaxies can be seen, some quite large, as well as a few stars nearer to us which are very large and bright.

Mountain-like structures of gas and dust jut upwards into space. Mostly brown with glowing orange regions, these structures narrow as they grow taller, with jets of gas seen at their tips. The nebulous background of space glows in shades of blue and violet, with a few pink stars scattered throughout.

An image of the black hole at the center of the Milky Way, Sagittarius A*, which appears as an orange donut shape with a dark center. At the edges of the black hole are fine lines.

A Juno image of Jupiter showing its swirling bands and storms.

Spanish learners: Let me share a favorite word in Spanish—it’s one I've been using a lot lately. ✨Inverosímil✨ I don’t think English has an exact match for it. "Implausible" is close, but it just doesn’t capture that sense of “there’s some unbelievable shit going down” with the same flair.
