(This is a joke I cannot stress that enough)(but it does hit different when the flirty character isn’t straight)

The “Know the work rules” meme. Yuri from fire emblem is telling a woman “Lookin’ good Susan.” To which she responds “Awww, You’re sweet.” In the second panel, Scirocco is telling the same woman the same thing, but she responds by calling Human Resources.

Maydayfireball @maydayfireball.bsky.social · 21/07/2026

Almost had me with this one. I was like “oh no, a beautiful purple haired man” But then they added the “flirts with beautiful women” and “likes: all women” parts. I don’t want the beautiful purple man if he ain’t at least a little gay.

Not that it’s even HELPING bc most people posting about it are just calling it “new fire emblem” or something way fucking harder to mute. Cant mute “FW” bc what if someone wants to say they fuck with something.

Ngl I thought it would take at least until the game released before I resorted to this

I fear they heard me say “Three houses is the least fire emblem game out of all the fire emblem games” And went “hold my beer”

I’m shocked I haven’t seen any “acceptance emails when” posts on their socials. I wonder if they didn’t get as many submissions this year bc they changed literally everything with no communication. Either way. I’m going to be so annoyed if I get my email while I’m AT MomoCon next weekend.

Maydayfireball @maydayfireball.bsky.social · 19/05/2026

The next con I’m doing the concert at is literally less than two months away, panel applications closed like.. two weeks ago? I think? And they STILL haven’t sent out acceptance emails. Like I know I’m getting the concert, but I’d like to know WHEN AND WHAT TIME so I can ANNOUNCE IT. THANKS.

long time no Bi-re emblem tomodachi island update so this is where we're at so far in terms of married couples.. a shocking balance of canon (or semi/ potential canon) and crack pairings.

Hector and Ephraim’s second child…. Wolt. don’t ask why he stands like that, he got it from his dad.

Maydayfireball @maydayfireball.bsky.social · 09/05/2026

Ephraim and Hector are expecting their second child. They already had Lilian, so I need some suggestions on who their second child should be Existing Fire emblem characters only, who would be an Ephraim/Hector love child..

"The Switch is so old," you all said. "I need better graphics," you demanded. "Wah wah," you cried. And now, you sit here before Slippy Toad, the slippiest he's ever been, slippier than a fucking banana peel under a kart wheel, all thanks to the raw power of the Nintendo Switch 2—and you reject him?

youtu.be/o0SNzFbNo4g?... this is telephone btw for those of u who see this and have no clue what i'm talking about. 9-BALL who made Gambler's Fallacy is made up of some pretty talented creators who haven't posted the song in full anywhere yet so.. they could take advantage of this, surely..

With how prevalent Tiktok and Shorts are right now, having a motion of a cute dance people can quickly put on their favorite character / vtuber is a really good marketing idea imo. But you gotta sell it first. U need a cute and stylized video so people go " i want those vibes. "

130

Maydayfireball @maydayfireball.bsky.social · 05/05/2026

I also hope the people who get songs commissioned by Miku Live or win their contest and get a motion also use that to their advantage.. Take the motion that's being distributed to everyone and commission a talented MMDer to make a MV for u. Or a half mmd / half 2D MV like Telephone had

110

Maydayfireball @maydayfireball.bsky.social · 05/05/2026

it's starting to become a trend to release an mmd motion along side a new vocaloid song.. and ngl, it DOES work well when done correctly.. Like, I think most people who know about Telephone by Mellowcle heard it bc of the mmd motion being used... I hope it continues.

TLDR; don’t let someone else’s opinion of something sour a new experience for you. Throw away the things you’ve heard and create a fresh experience when you give something new a try, otherwise you’re not doing so earnestly.

000

Maydayfireball @maydayfireball.bsky.social · 03/05/2026

If you liked the character writing in Three Houses, you’ll like it in SoV. The dialogue and voice acting in SoV is some most authentic I’ve ever heard in a game. And that’s, ofc, on top of it looking incredible and being an honestly interesting game to play.

100

Maydayfireball @maydayfireball.bsky.social · 03/05/2026

It’s a critique that only started to get traction after it was compared to 3Hs. That’s not to say it’s not an issue with it, but rather people have blown it out of proportion to the point where people call it “misogyny, the game” when they haven’t even played it.

100

Maydayfireball @maydayfireball.bsky.social · 03/05/2026

If you’ve never played Shadow of Valentia, I beg you to throw away your preconceived notions about the game before you do. The narrative has flaws the way all games do, but I feel like people boiling it down to misogynistic is such a disservice that only exists to put down a great game.

very important updated relationship chart so far let it be known, kris and Marth have officially been dating the longest at 9 days, holding strong in a mutual "wants to marry" level.. but refuse to propose. i guess they're both waiting for the other to do it first.

010

Maydayfireball @maydayfireball.bsky.social · 29/04/2026

BI-RE EMBLEM ISLAND HAS ITS SECOND AND THIRD MARRIAGES… FINALLY. First it was Sigurd proposing to Eirika, and then Chrom and Robin proposed at the same time. (Robin is NB which is why they’re in a dress, same with Byleth and Corrin)

The part that frustrates me the most is that - very often - when a major accusation is ultimately proven to be exaggerated/outright false, the people who started it simply go, “Oops! My bad” And that’s if they say ANYTHING. There is no proper closure or repair, and those who gossiped just move on.

I've decided all of the second gen will be set to "no dating preference" until after all of the first gen are married. That way it's fair game. Tho with some of these pairings.. no idea who i should make their kids.

it's been a while.. there's been many bi-re emblem updates in tomodachi life.. I'm also adding a family tree chart that's empty right now bc DESPITE HAVING BEEN DATING FOR A WEEK, MARTH AND KRIS REFUSE TO GET HITCHED.

Highlights included: - being shamed for not being able to afford to take unpaid time off work, book a hotel, and fly to a concert that was sold out within minutes - people claiming I clearly have never been to a vocaloid concert before bc I didn’t understand “the magic”
