(This is a joke I cannot stress that enough)(but it does hit different when the flirty character isn’t straight)

The “Know the work rules” meme. Yuri from fire emblem is telling a woman “Lookin’ good Susan.” To which she responds “Awww, You’re sweet.” In the second panel, Scirocco is telling the same woman the same thing, but she responds by calling Human Resources.

Almost had me with this one. I was like “oh no, a beautiful purple haired man” But then they added the “flirts with beautiful women” and “likes: all women” parts. I don’t want the beautiful purple man if he ain’t at least a little gay.

I fear they heard me say “Three houses is the least fire emblem game out of all the fire emblem games” And went “hold my beer”

The next con I’m doing the concert at is literally less than two months away, panel applications closed like.. two weeks ago? I think? And they STILL haven’t sent out acceptance emails. Like I know I’m getting the concert, but I’d like to know WHEN AND WHAT TIME so I can ANNOUNCE IT. THANKS.

long time no Bi-re emblem tomodachi island update so this is where we're at so far in terms of married couples.. a shocking balance of canon (or semi/ potential canon) and crack pairings.

Hector and Ephraim’s second child…. Wolt. don’t ask why he stands like that, he got it from his dad.

Maydayfireball @maydayfireball.bsky.social · 09/05/2026

Ephraim and Hector are expecting their second child. They already had Lilian, so I need some suggestions on who their second child should be Existing Fire emblem characters only, who would be an Ephraim/Hector love child..

"The Switch is so old," you all said. "I need better graphics," you demanded. "Wah wah," you cried. And now, you sit here before Slippy Toad, the slippiest he's ever been, slippier than a fucking banana peel under a kart wheel, all thanks to the raw power of the Nintendo Switch 2—and you reject him?

it's starting to become a trend to release an mmd motion along side a new vocaloid song.. and ngl, it DOES work well when done correctly.. Like, I think most people who know about Telephone by Mellowcle heard it bc of the mmd motion being used... I hope it continues.

If you’ve never played Shadow of Valentia, I beg you to throw away your preconceived notions about the game before you do. The narrative has flaws the way all games do, but I feel like people boiling it down to misogynistic is such a disservice that only exists to put down a great game.

BI-RE EMBLEM ISLAND HAS ITS SECOND AND THIRD MARRIAGES… FINALLY. First it was Sigurd proposing to Eirika, and then Chrom and Robin proposed at the same time. (Robin is NB which is why they’re in a dress, same with Byleth and Corrin)

The part that frustrates me the most is that - very often - when a major accusation is ultimately proven to be exaggerated/outright false, the people who started it simply go, “Oops! My bad” And that’s if they say ANYTHING. There is no proper closure or repair, and those who gossiped just move on.

Ya know. This might actually be a fire emblem hot take. But.. I actually like it when magic ignores terrain bonuses.. and I like when lightning magic gets a little extra range… 🥺

Suddenly remembering that time in 2023 when I had the scorching hot take of “the miku expo online shows were a good thing, actually, bc it made a miku event accessible to everyone” And people got so mad at me for it. It was truly my biggest “you hate waffles” moment

ANOTHER BI-RE EMBLEM UPDATE BEFORE I STOP PLAYING FOR THE DAY.. i gave up on the friends one. it was way too messy and is only going to continue getting messier.

People have run out of things to complain about with tomodachi life so they've started just lying about things that were cut. Incredible.

Miitopia Bi-re emblem has gotten complicated enough that i now have to make a chart to keep track there is not a single person in a relationship or with a mutual crush yet..

Maydayfireball @maydayfireball.bsky.social · 18/04/2026

ANOTHER BI-RE EMBLEM UPDATE Alear and Byleth are now both here And there have been two more crushes developed. Ephriam -> Hector Ike -> Eirika I think Corrin is loosing interest in Ike, but otherwise we might end up with a love triangle on our hands.

120

Maydayfireball @maydayfireball.bsky.social · 18/04/2026

The way Twitter has evolved in how they talk about tomodachi life needs to be studied It went from “This is the best I’m going to speed run this before it’s even legally out” To “This game is TOO expensive it has to be pirated” To “Actually this is the worst game ever how dare they” ???

TOMOLIFE BI-RE EMBLEM UPDATE These are our current residents Alm, Marth, and Celica all live together in a weird bestie roommate situation… And 2 seconds after they were born, Corrin fell head over heels for Ike. Literally fell in love with the first person they saw.

STARTED MY TOMODACHI LIFE GAME OF BI-RE EMBLEM. So far I made Sigurd, Celica, Marth, Hector, Quan, Eliwood, Alm, Lyn, and Eirika before I had to go to work And for some reason. Quan is the island’s resident freak and I don’t know what’s wrong with him.

320

Maydayfireball @maydayfireball.bsky.social · 15/04/2026

Oh I never noticed.. but the skirmish version of chrom’s paralogue map actually DOES put you in the exact positions from the original game.. Which is interesting, since the original paralogue does not. Instead it’s just Robin bullying you with unlimited tactician powers.

Screenshot of a tweet for a new cover. The tweet was originally in Japanese translated by grok. The name “Kamui Gakupo” has been translated as “Kamigaku Po”.
