My daughter completed the Cardiff half marathon is 2 hours and 6 minutes this morning. Very good especially as she's been injured for the past two months and managed 1 training run. Very proud.

Saddest thing for me as a Wales fan is the collective lack of anger. This is what the Union have taken us too. An acceptance that we are poor and apathy about improvement. They've driven down ambition and expectation. We should be demanding better - the players deserve better

We beat the Dragons again. Not a complete Performance and there was a lot of rust but there was enough decent stuff for me to think we can make a fist of the euro games. Cam, Teddy, Aled, Ben & Ray all good. Whitehouse and team not so good.
