Dwayne Wayne was like the first cool and smart guy we got to see. Theo was cool, but he struggled in class and frankly… his gear ain’t curl all the way over for me. You either had to be cool OR smart. Not both. D.W was quirky at first and matured into a cool guy and his gear was always on point.

You see so many people on the subway with their hospital bracelets and socks still on, freshly discharged with nowhere to go. Sometimes people in hospital clothes with their wounds festering. It's so sad, we shouldn't let people go like that.

the basic logic is "the library is a space for everyone in the community, that means everyone" -> "the people who are rough sleeping and on drugs are part of the community" -> "helping those people is a full time job" -> "librarians are now social workers and this is how it should be"
