One of the problems with the practice of mutual aid is that it rarely addresses the mutual part. Since the start of this conflict I have been in contact with people of all ages who immigrated from Palestine, and have never felt disrespected because of my identity once. I have, however, experienced transphobic abuse multiple times in response to criticism of Israel.
