Part of my obsession with armies on the march besides going Rambo on them was finding the aftermath (awkwardly while leading a group of rescued kids) with bodies impaled on pikes. "Ok kids, you stay here while I go check around. *looks around at body parts and impaled corpses* Welp, nobody home!"

Nightbane from palladium books has motorcycle centaurs.

Tip: stop going for points now and prioritize tossing all the mats, food, meds, and treasure into the bots. If you get devil dream stay by a pot and toss what it gives you in there ASAP because it can give gold. Bomb dream gives one gold if your pockets are clear when it blows up.

Huh, I've got an earlier model of that which I love due to the ips screen but always wish it had a vesa mount. Ignore the scratches and whatnot below it, it lives on as a dedicated switch screen now.

Pixel 6a +3 = Pixel 9a! Wish it was purple instead of black but no more "your battery might kill you" warnings and a 120hz screen are great. Also the camera does macro like a mofo?

A jumping spider in a little tent on top of the inner stem of our mailbox flag. You can make out the main pair of big green eyes and eyelashes despite the tent in the way.

A spitting spider at the top of the stairs on watch for the stray gnat and mosquito.

The legs have a delicate striped pattern which continues across the cephalothorax and abdomen.

You can just barely make out three tiny pairs of dark eyes.

You know that feeling when something is so cringe you wanna take a rasp to get the goosebumps off your neck? Not a little rasp either something like a saw rasp.

The coarse teeth on a Shinto saw rasp which will remove wood at a frankly ridiculous rate and easily rip open you're knuckles if you ding them with it lightly.

I've been using my janky ass free weights and pull-up bar and yoga mat and I hate situps so much still but it is nice being able to do like a billion of them and fit into your old jeans.

My janky ass weights featuring two chunks of wood from the porch, two ten pound plates on each, plus a pair of two and a half pound plates on the other, held in place by two bar clamps.

Nominally I got two pieces, one for me, one for gf, but she made the mistake of eating stuffing and sweet potatoes and green bean casserole and turkey while I just had (really good this year) turkey and my slice of pie... plus about half of hers.

I dragged gf and her mom outside because we're in Memphis and this might be the only time they ever get to see Aurora in person.

The aurora visible in Memphis was mostly just a pink glow but there was some structure visible
